Morning exercises for energy
How do you feel in the morning? Do you have the strength and desire to enjoy the new day? Do you feel cheerful throughout the day? Alas, the answers to these questions will not be positive for many people.
We offer you a system for gaining energy, exercises and rituals that facilitate a quick adjustment of the body to a positive wave. The exercises will take you no more than five minutes, but you will feel great all day long.
When you open your eyes in the morning, don't rush to get up.
Inhale and exhale deeply ten times
Then raise your right hand and write in the air what you wish for today. For example, if you have an important meeting that day, you can write Success or Victory in the air.
Then slowly get up and sit on your bed in Turkish or lotus position. Raise your hands above your head and imagine that through your hands a golden ray of energy passes through your back and spreads throughout your body.
Then put your hands on the solar plexus, feel the warmth and imagine that your body is filled with a joyful mood. This is the place to say out loud: My life is in my hands. I know what I want and I use all the opportunities that fate has given me.
This technique needs to be performed every morning and you will feel strength and energy throughout the day, in addition, through this ritual you will achieve spiritual harmony and protect yourself from the stress of modern society.
