Relaxation Exercises for Deep Sleep

Get comfortable in your bed. Relax and focus on your body. Feel the connection between your body and the bed you are lying on to prepare for restful sleep.

It's essential to relax completely to easily transition into a deep sleep.

If your thoughts begin to wander, gently redirect them back to your body. Smoothly shift your attention to your breathing. Notice how your breath fills your belly and chest, and how the air flows in and out through your nose. Take a deep breath, hold it for a few seconds, and then exhale. Follow the path of the air as it moves through your body.

Next, mentally scan your body to identify areas where you still feel tension. Direct your breathing to these areas to alleviate that tension. By focusing on your breathing and body, you will cultivate a reflex that helps you relax completely. With practice, falling asleep will come more easily.

We wish you luck!
