You notice that you can't read captions that you used to read without a problem some time ago. Your head hurts after reading, if that's why you have a problem with your eyes. The only way out is to consult a specialist.
Blood circulation
Put your thumb on the table and press the nail, the color of the nail changes from pink to white. If it doesn't recover after a second, you probably have slow blood circulation or iron deficiency in the body.
